The There Will Be Blood star delivered the news via his publicist, but did not mention any reason why. Tom Cruise’s The Mummy has been subject to even more bad news, with number-crunching members of the industry saying the film is on pace to lose $95 million! And the only story to rival that of DDL’s retirement is the news of directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller being fired from the Star Wars Han Solo film over creative differences.
