  1. #1 – Obi-Wan not putting Anakin out of his misery after defeating him on Mustafar. Because Obi-Wan didn’t kill Anakin, billions eventually died. This list sucks.

  2. A ‘Dumb decision’ would be a choice willfully made by someone that yielded negative results due to lack of thought. So, is #6 or #2 really viable? As the ring compelled Bilbo and Isildur to their choices?
