10) yes. But if you were paying attention in Civil War you would know they released information but it was still encrypted . Tough it comes off as a little bit strange and a bit unnecessary is not necessarily a mystery
9) easy. He would need it. And he tought Loki would comply on the mission, as The Other said, they tought humans were gonna be easy to conquer and there would be no risk

Bonus: tony found out about Peter because he has eyes everywhere, and Peter is not particularly good at keeping his secret. Tony not only found out about Peter but he probably helped him hide as well

#9: There was a deleted scene which hinted heavily that the stone was needed to control the Chitauri, so Loki, leading the charge, would need the stone in order to direct the army. I’d also mention that Thanos would still know where the stone is, and his long term plan is to find all six and then grab them all in one swing, as he would be met with least resistance.
#1: Fury’s known for sometimes going completely dark for seemingly no reason. On his next appearance post-present day, I’d wager it’s revealed he’s hunting Skrulls, which ties in to his Captain Marvel appearance. Avengers: Secret Invasion is coming…
