  1. at No. 9: Shutter Island, is it really? i mean the movie itelf wanted us to believe that he is the last patient but nothing says that its all true, everything could be as the movie told, drugs his ciggeretts, fool him to belive that he is insane, all to hide the truth, im not saying thats its true ending but saying you could see in both ways, but what you belive is up to you
