This is a top 9 with glitches, as the 1st spot isn’t a glitch, but intentional.
He didn’t have a walk-sycle.
I tried a mod for Witcher 3 that was supposed to make faces look better, but it bugged out and some NPCs looked like the AC Unity glitch.
My guess is that it’s like the rare glitch in Hearthstone, where an action from one game suddenly transfers over to another game. These ghosts are simply players who somehow has been transfered over to this game, and that’s why they move around. The reason why they don’t have any animations, and sometimes can’t take damage is probably due to it being a glitch. – Doesn’t explain why they have so great aim, though. (1:05)
