I still listen to Nu Metal (then again I grew up listening to rock, country, & some pop) but some of these sub generas have been blended into larger ones so its not like their no longer popular its just not a new or current trend but wait a few hours & a new trend will occur. also can we add Auto-Tune as an honorable mention? seriously it was a legit trend in music that maybe lasted a few years in popularity & (unfortunately) still exists
wow! so many people in here are in denial. yes, those genres aren’t big as they were used to be, they’re mostly dead. or mostly listened by hipsters. i mean, seriously, who gives a shit about Skrillex anymore?
