I just had a collapsed lung, basically had a small hole in my lung and air was coming out it pushed my heart to the side and started to have a heart attack. It was the most painful thing I can think of. I’ve got tattoo sleeves, pierced lip, fallen off skateboards, broke bones, been punched in the face, hit my shins, burned myself too many times to count, etc…
1. worst pain was collapsed lung or heart problems
2nd worst pain is being burned
3rd worst pain is spine injury where all your nerves are connected
4th worst pain is stomach ulcers
5th worst pain electricity or
6th worst pain stings from animals such as jellyfish or bullet ant
7th worst pain is rib injuries
8th worst pain is ripping back a nail or hitting fingernail with hammer
9th worst pain is stubbing your toe or funny bone
10th worst pain is something in your eye
11th worst pain is strike to solar plexus

I’ve had headache’s above my eye in the top of the eye socket I never heard the term cluster headache . The pain would drive me insane my eye would swell and become red, my veins in my temples would swell out and start throbbing like crazy, at times the pain would make me physically sick, light and sound would also affect me, sometimes this would happen multiple times in a day often for hours at a time . This went on daily for months at a time , I had it on and off for many years mainly in the warmer weather, Luckily I haven’t had any problems for about 8 years now, it’s definitely the worst pain I’ve ever suffered from!! Although breaking all 5 of my toes on one foot at the same time was damn painful as well .
Worst pain Ive ever felt was from acute pancreatitis. That was hell.

What about PHN (post-herpetic neuralgia) – the shitty condition left behind after shingles goes away, where the nerves are very badly damaged. that can stay with you for years after shingles. Also look at CRPS (Complex regional pain syndrome) – I have this condition in my knee. It’s basically your body overreacting to pain, but that in turn causes more pain in the region, which the body then further reacts to… it’s a feedback loop that gets out of hand.
