As a long time teacher I have had several kids with horror monster names, normally just las names, Voorhees, Kruger, Lecter, Chucky, Freddie. I actually had a Michael Myers that lived up to his name. He was a daily horror who eventually went on to get into trouble with the law. I ran into him recently and remembered him immediately. He stopped me and said something I said to him years ago finally clicked in his head and changed his path in life. I told him no matter how hard he tried to make me dislike him it wouldn’t work because I knew he would be a success one day and I was going to be that teacher that didn’t turn his back on him.
