A+, it’s rare to see a horror movie that has character focus and development, the only other film I can think of is The Babadook, (can’t think of others atm) this movie made it work, plus Bill Skarsgard nailed it as pennywise, my only criticism is IT cud have been a bit more scary, the horror scenes are to generic with the jump scares, i think this is where most audiences will be split with this movie, some critics were.
Overall I loved the film, like Stranger Things, it reminded me so much of 80’s classics that I and most ppl will hold dear, highly recommend IT
IT made me shit myself, no fucking joke
of the year? yeah maybe…it wont be saying much tho as horror has suffered from not being actually scary. the movie was ok….
