Top 10 Best Avengers Endgame Callbacks
These are the best, most satisfying, fan-service callbacks to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2019’s Avengers: Endgame. As the highly-anticipated culmination of over 20 fan-favorite films, it only makes sense that the Russo brothers would cram in as many references and tie up as many loose ends as possible to other films in the MCU, like Teen Harley from Iron Man 3, “cheeseburgers” from the original Iron Man, “on your left” from Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and many more. How about when Tony goes and gives Peter a hug.
Out of all the callbacks, I actually recognized at least half on the list. “I am Iron Man”, Peggy and Steve’s dance because I remember leaving the cinema and saying “Well I guess he finally got his dance”, I didn’t readily pick up that it was Sam who said “On your left” but I understood after an explanation, Captain America wielding Mjolnir as I remembered as soon as I saw it that he budged the Hammer but was still a moment I didn’t see coming, Instant-kill mode (BTW drastic change for Spider-Man in my opinion) and other references like the A-force. That was an amazing callback! The funny thing is I didn’t even know who they were before 2017 when I saw a #Aforce on some heroes in Contest of Champions
I’m surprised Tony hugging Peter wasn’t on here! Callback to the opening of Spider-man Homecoming when Peter thinks Tony is hugging him but he was actually getting the door saying “we’re not there yet.”

These pretty much sums up my whole MCU experience! Now i wanna know how Marvel will go forward without Cap and Ironman! RIP!
Cap and The Wasp should be more than an honorable mention.
