If not Scar Jafar should have at least been no.1. He hypnotized the Salton
to give him a seat on the throne, stole the genie’s power for himself and
even though it wasn’t said out right I’m pretty sure he intended on making
Jasmine his personal sex slave. That is way more villainess than what the
others did.
Yeah, Claude is a villain WORTHY of the way he died in the end of Hunchback
of Notre Dame

Even though Scar’s backstory is semi-canon (published in works **owned** by
Disney, but since it wasn’t written by an insider, it isn’t 100% official),
I give you major props for actually researching into it! Good job!
My favorite Disney Villain is either Rorke from Atlantis: The Lost Empire,
Carnotaurs from Dinosaur, or Davy Jones from Pirates of the Carribean.
