I spend way too much of my time listening to scary stories and true crime things at work. I actually came across Tomino’s hell being read in Japanese once on YouTube and I can tell you I have never felt so uncomfortable. When I heard it in English it was weird but didn’t make my skin crawl. When I heard it in Japanese I felt my skin crawl and couldn’t shake this uneasy feeling of being like watched or something all day. Just thinking about it has me shaking.
