Saving Private Ryan is a very good war movie. NOTHING TO COMPARE TO THE
MASTERPIECE MADE BY COPPOLA WITH APOCALYPSE NOW
how the hell is hurt locker on here…it not only is the most boring films
but the most inaccuate making braveheart look like a documentary
No Full Metal Jacket? No Jarhead? The Patriot? Wtf? Garbage.
I thought Flags of our Father’s was a good movie, but I don’t think that
counts as a war movie :(
Apocalypse Now not being number 1 is ridiculous. It”s arguably one of the
greatest films ever made, let alone best war film (which it clearly is)
top 10 greatest american war movies?)
where’s Fury (2014) ..
we were soldiers doesnt even get an honorable mention????
eh not really sure that the Hurt locker should have been on this list,
maybe the 1993 version of Stalingrad would have been better suited as a
choice
No honorable mention for The Deer Hunter? That Russian Roulette scene is
one of the greatest in film history.
