maggot farming is something i was going to do to help feed my quails i’m going to get. it really doesn’t involve sticking your hands down into maggots… with ramps they will collect themselves into a bucket for you. they don’t want to pupate in the wet writhing mass of other maggots… you don’t really need to touch them… it’s the smells and finding stuff to feed the maggots thats the hard parts.
I work on the railroad, not good for families, but damn the money.
