  1. Glass may have been an expert trapper…..but boy, did he act stupid with that bear – shooting the bear = angrying the bear = human getting mauled/killed. Even children know the best option in order to come out “unscathed” when faced with a bear is to play dead; in most cases, the bear will go his way after sniffing you.
