On the Kenneth Young case he was resentenced Young, 26 years old at the time, to 30 years in prison, with credit for time served, and 10 years of probation.
What about Lee Boyd Malvo (One of the “DC Snipers”)? Didn’t he get something like 5 life sentences at 17 years old?
