Police and prison guards are either bullies in high school or the people who got bullied and both have something to prove. When I was locked up for 8 months,being 6 4 and 250, long hair,tatted and being from detroit,bc I was locked up n georgia,the guards encouraged inmates to fight me, only a couple tried and lost badly, but still it was ridiculous,as my case eventually was thrown out bc neither the officer or investigator said I was under arrest,no rights read, and I was never placed in handcuffs even. When I asked the officer if I was under arrest he replied I don’t know.
