Most baby monitors are just cheaply made junk. Most have sub par electronics and can pick up cell phone connections and wifi signals.

Tbh the baby standing on the crib looks like someones holding his arms. My theory is a creature held their child on the edge and, as children are more susceptible to seeing supernatural creatures, the child saw what it was and was wailing in fear. The creature let the child go when it probably heard the parents coming or it was done doing what it pleased with the child.
For #1, you could do that video with twins for a quick viral bit of fame.
Whenever I was bored, I would go into a room where my cousins were sleeping and just watch them sleep until they wake up, that is if they were sleeping during those times.
