I have restless leg syndrome, and it’s not uncomfortable at all.
Non 24 sleep-wake disorder
Sleep Paralysis, Night Terrors, and Restless Legs Syndome. Yep, these prevent me from getting a good sleep (let alone dream) 95% of the time. Thanks Body!
I used to have this thing where I would wake up in the middle of the night TOTALLY stressed out and would lock myself and walk around freaking out???
i’m surprised that Hypnagogia wasn’t brought up, that’s a sketchy experience
Got sleep paralysis and restless leg, lucily the restless leg barely affect my sleep. And the sleep paralysis triggers if I fall asleep on my back.
About sleep paralysis, another common sensation is that you’re moving. Usually it feels like I am being dragged off my bed, but the edge never comes. Also looming sense of presence. The choking comes from the fact that you aren’t controlling your own breathing cycle, but you won’t suffocate.
No narcolepsy?
Exploding head syndrome isn’t anymore near as tame as they describe it or it isn’t what I have.
