  1. Wouldn’t GT count as filler? Because I think that it outclasses the Garlic Saga by a looooooooong shot. At least Naruto gave us interesting character interaction

  2. I’m not a fan of all these shows but still like anime regardless and as a fan of alot of other ones, I can say I don’t understand why people hate filler episodes. Let me get this straight, if you like a series and if it was a comic first then turn live action or animated show, why would you hate an episode that is not part of the main plot? Do you not like the characters or side characters enough that they can’t have a side episode for themselves? When it comes to fillers, it’s always 50/50, one part being different from the main plot and the other being character development. What’s wrong with that? Are you a fan or not? Besides, saying that the show has to be 100% accurate to the manga is just stupid. You finally get a show version of said series and you get mad for extra content? And most of the complaints are of these so call filler episodes not being as epic as the last arc was. Like yeah no shit, they beat the bad guy of course it’s gunna be normal or light plot episodes. Can’t the characters of the show get a break? They do need character development after all. Not just powering up or killing the bad guy. What’s the point of liking a series if you won’t like the extra stuff. What kind of fan are you?
