Viral Image of public child abuse?
This viral image shows a father dragging his daughter by her hair in a Walmart store in the USA.
The image was taken by Erika Burch who was passing by and tried to intervene. When she called the cops they said they could not do anything as there was no physical signs of beating/abuse.
Some people would say this is discipline by the parent as maybe the child was misbehaving.
Many would say any kind of beating would be the same as child abuse. but if you dont tell your kids in a way they will remember wont they just do it again?
