Punisher is good but not the best

Why is there so much hate for the TV show? Yes there were some or a lot of changes but it had to be done for some parts.
I found the show to be good, boring is some parts but good.
those are the reasons i don’t like the series but he obviously won’t be a vietnam veteran ever again that version of him is dead forever now there’s a prequel called “Punisher – The Platoon”
