to be fair on the the whole will they will they not thing, not every couple that falls under this cliche don’t always become a couple, in some cases the man marries another woman. or they break up. so I wouldn’t say that it dilates the inevitable as they don’t always stay a couple (and they then move on with some one new.), or break up ( and don’t date any else at all). yes some may get together, and grow old as a married couple. But I wouldn’t write it off as they do become one. If you did a simple google search, you’ll find not all becomes one. and oh sometimes its unknown if they do.
