I later found out that the new boss decided that she want to race the salary from 20000 Sek to 46 800 SEK per month. Her reason according to her “I have to pay the rent”. What an asshole.

There really needs to be a better regulatory system for ‘charities’. I used to give to them but their predatory behavior drove me off after they basically stole from me and refused to stop their withdrawals even after being specifically told to.
Blocked them and reimbursed (not sure if right term) the payments.
