I’m not from Europe, but I am surprised you missed The wild hunt, there are variations of this supernatural event from countries all over the world.
in north Yorkshire in my town we have a similar storey to Black Shuck. The Raven said to be the devil him self
one storey is “the Ravens Gold” it is suggested that the Raven is sum how link to the Black monk of Guisborough Priory.

Their is big cats I England as people have released their cougers and what not and only a small few have survived as from the evidence I’ve seen and that kid that has a scratch across his face that could only come from a cougar
