My most painful was when 3 of my vertebrae, in the lower, slipped and crunched down on 2 large nerve branches.
I couldn’t even move a toe without searing hot pain ripping from my back down my leg and up again.
After 23 spine injections, 5 spine surgeries, and months of physical therapy,, I am able to walk with a cane short distances.
When i was 9 years old i squeezed my thumb in a door and there was blood everywhere
