Why on earth did you guys use clips of fake wrestling?! Actual wrestling is one of the most, if not the most physically and mentally (because of suffering) demanding sports, and you conflated it with redneck soap opera! Of all the sports, wrestlers have the highest success rate in special operations training.
Hockey is the hardest sport change my mind
It baffles me that you can have a list on physically challenging sports with motorcross and soccer (Not that they arent demanding in their own right) but then leave out Aussie rules, Tennis, Swimming and (though a bit niche) Gaelic football and hurling
I rowed crew and I’ll say that my coach made my team run with cross country every week and when they finished we had to run 1 more mile.
AFL?!
American football requires almost No Cardio training to be played due to the constant pauses…. they definitely tried to place it higher than it deserves by overlooking gymnastics
Bodybuilding. That is number one
Clearly people in the comments haven’t played a full 90 minute game of soccer. Let me tell you, it’s very fucken physically draining.
WHERE IS ROCK CLIMBING?!?
How are you not even mentioning tennis ?
