Playstation mascot thing is the most stupendous excuse i ever heard since that crappy video on OVERUSED MOVIE TROPES BY DUMBASSES!

As for number 1 if you’re wondering I believe the hacking was because Sony was in charge of the movie The Interview in which Seth Rogen and James Franco play talk show hosts and are called upon to interview the North Korean dictator and are also tasked with killing him by the CIA or something. Surprisingly, the NK gov. weren’t happy and hacked into Sony. I didn’t watch it, but I believe this is how it happened.
