  1. “Classic Coke” is not the same as “old Coke”. The old Coke used sugar and
    vanilla. “New Coke” and “Classic Coke” used Corn syrups and vanillin. While
    I don’t think “New Coke” was a marketing gimmick, it did succeed in
    covering up the fact that they switched to far cheaper ingredients.
