That MAHEM thing isn’t a new design and seems a bit stupid why America is funding it has been used for ages it’s called a shaped charge it’s a backwards cone shaped warhead filled with explosives lined with copper when it blows up the copper is directed into a spear shape cutting through armour or walls the shock wave also squeezes through the hole into the tank, killing everyone. It’s used in RPG7 rockets and was first used in pazerfuasts rockets.
