No. 1 could be applied to any superhero who has a ruthless archfoe. True, the Joker’s the worst of the lot, but consider all of the archetype villains – Lex Luther, Green Goblin, Red Skull – who should be whacked. Yet the heroes can’t do it.

I’m gonna disscuss the #1. I think there should be a DC comic about the court giving Joker the Death Penalty.
I disagree with the number one pick. Although yes Joker deserves to die and Batman should’ve killed him for a long time, killing will not solve the crimes he made. And also the people guarding Arkham are the idiot ones, they should know by now every possible situation the Joker can break out and kill anyone. They should have made pre cautions.

Theres reasons joker isnt killed.
1. He has a weird need eachother relationship with batman
2. He knowns Hes in comic so he does all the bad things knowing he wont be punished
I feel like batman can at least break his legs, arms or make him a paraplegic to end most of his reign
